Zade was born with the majority of his diagnosis'. He had his first surgery to repair his back on 10/20/09. He did excellent and only had to stay a total of 10 days in the NICU. He was breathing, eating and doing so well. He was home just a couple of weeks, then when he was 4 weeks old we had went to Spina Bifida Clinic and we got sent to the ER to have an emergency VP Shunt placed.

Jayden was born on March 12 2009. Shortly after arriving into the world Jayden stopped breathing, they gave him cpr and was able to revive him. He then went to the NICU in our local hospital. Once there Jayden was having issues with swallowing, which we already knew prior due to ultrasounds. They determined that he has a small chin that causes his tongue to reside in the back of the throat.
