She was diagnose with muscular dystrophy at&nbsp; the age&nbsp;of 6 months. It took doctors a few years to finally tells us what type she had. After six weeks in the Special Care Nursery, Jack came home on ½ liter oxygen. Once home, Jack appeared to be doing well, although he was not an aggressive eater. Approximately three weeks after coming home, Jack had an apneic event and was admitted to St. Louis Children's Hospital.
