The pregnancy ran pretty well, considering my last son I was hospitalized the month before and he was c-section a month early and still 11lbs. Rylee however, I was told was going to be an average size baby. Until the last month of pregnancy my tummy started growing dramatically. I was sent for ANOTHER ultrasound where the technician found abnormalities with his brain and kidneys.

Miksa is our first son. He arrived on time after a normal pregnancy. He was born with c-sec. He had club foot (only left side), otherwise he was absolutely healthy and lovely. He was looking into the world with huge brown eyes – and he is doing it up to now :).

i am five years old have had my trachy for 3 years i am at school and loving it.
I havent had an easy life as my mum and dad have had to resusitate me about 5 times when i was first born, I have had 22 sugeries in my life i have had my tonsils and adenoids taken out i have also had heaps of laser surgery but nothing has worked.

Aleksander was born 3 of Dec 2003. He was a normal, healthy kid just like any other kid at that time. In September 2004, he had a cold, and he had an ear infection. He got antibiotics for the infection, but nor the cold or the ear infection did go away. We also noticed that Aleksander had labored breathing. He really struggled breathing during sleep. This went on for several months, we went to several doctors, but none of them could find anything wrong with him. Until June 2005, when Aleksander had adenoids removed from his nose. The cold stopped almost immediately....

Alex's story

My name is Whitney and I am mommy to two very special and very loved little boys named Aidan and Alexander (Alex for short). Their miraculous journey began at 11 weeks gestation when my OBGYN determined why my uterus measured at 15 weeks gestation. An ultrasound revealed twins. I nearly fainted from shock as there have not been any twins in my family since 1900 (5 generations previous) and there was no other obvious explanation to my multiple pregnancy. Thus began this amazing journey.
