Nadia was born at 25.4 weeks and spent the first 5 months of her life in hospital. After a pda ligation at 3 weeks and respiratory problems due to Chronic Lung Disease, she then developed a prominant respiratory stridor and was diagnosed with bilateral vocal cord palsy at 4 months old.
We are currently awaiting an MRI scan to establish why she has the condition.
We continue to be so proud of our daughter and the strength, courage and determination she has showed to get to this stage in her life. She has overcome more hurdles in the last 8 months than we ever have in the past 30 years.
She truly is our miracle!
