Abbrielle Calleen A Real is the first and only child of her parents. She was born on April 5, 2008 as a bouncing baby weighing 6.1lbs. She was born with multiple congenital anomalies such as laryngomalacia, cleft palate, and ventricular septal defect. She was checked for Pierre Robin and DiGeorge syndromes but found negative. Her greatest achievement was making her parents so fulfilled and joyful especially with her content smile inspite of her physical ordeals.
Most of her lifetime was spent in the hospital due to pneumonia with the last so severe that it cost her life. She died on August 25, 2008 at 8:15PM. In her lifetime, she got two tracheostomies. One was used just to help her resolved her previous pneumonia episode. The last one was meant to stay for a longer period of time until her laryngomalacia has resolved. But God has His plans and He called this sweet, loving daughter home."Tha LORD gaveth, and the LORD taketh away. Bless His name."
