Time to give up?

Hi everybody.
Our twins were born on 1 Feb 2008. Identical girls! Denike & Dané. Dané has a deep hemangioma in her neck that obstructs her upper airway and had to have the trachy. It has been 9 months. She has been going for bleomycin injections now for the last 5 months and it doesn't seem to do the job. Out medical aid is exhausted and can't afford all the hospital & doctor accounts. It feels like we can't handle it anymore. Can anyone say how long it takes for hemangiomas to dissapear without any intervention? I have read all I can and cant find any answers. What I have read say it takes anything from 1 to 7 years? Also is there is any other treatment / procedure that can be done?
Thanks in advance! André
