I guess it's time!

Well, Lillie is now 16 months old and her Drs seem to think she is ready to try life without her trach. She is scheduled for decannulation Jan. 21st and even though I've been waiting for this day to come for some time now I'm scared to death. I'm not sure what to expect, I'm not sure what happens if it doesn't work...I'm just really worried! I guess that's normal though. Please wish us luck and pray that the surgery goes well and fixes the problem the first time!!!
