Scheduled Or visit on Nov 1, 2011
so its been a while since my last update. Alexander is doing very very good! im so excited he has done a very great progress. On november 1 he will be going into the OR for an evaluation for a decanulation! im also expecting my 3rd bby. i just found out on friday! and i also started college, i come in the after noon, while my husband watches alexander n my daughter. As extern comes i have no idea how im going to do it, bc i have to work 40hrs a week for a month and i have no one to take care of alex. we had very bad experience with home nursing, and also alexander is 2 and he know family n not a family member, and even for an adult its strange to have some 1 new every day. Does any one have any ideas? im lookin for a daycare for disabled and regular kids. here it TN its costs me 800 per child a month=[ i dont know what to do.

Why don't you just take some time off and do your externship a little later after the baby comes? How are you going to be able to give it your all if you are worried about your baby and your other children?
However, if you have no other option than to do your externship, find a day care center for your baby (6 weeks and up) try again with another nursing company (check around they exist), and just make it happen! You can do it!
Or...you can hire a baby sitter to provide care in your home for both your kids and get home health care for Alexander. It will keep your kids together and will also provide a checks and balances if the nurse and the baby sitter are together keeping an eye on eachother if you know what I mean.

Hi, well heres an update of what happening, here in Tn the DHS provides services like speacial daycare for disabled kids an normal kids, i thought it was awsome. So i went an asked and they told me that these services are only for single mothers and they have to at least work for the state 30 hrs a week...n im like hello here i was needing it for my externship and how am i going to work and work on my eternship, plus im married so thats a big NO NO for them...but i know something will come up...thanks for the advice. As far as alexs surgery they cancelled it n he is scheduled for nov 22=[ im afraid and anxious..but i know everything is going to be ok=]
