Hi, Everyone
                Its Alexanders mom, I just wanted everyone to know alex went into the OR today. He came in for a brocoscopy, lyrngoscopy, endoscopy, and some scar tissue removal. Write now as i am writing he is still asleep from all of the anestisa, so far the Drs. said they did'nt think he would look as good as he did. The pulmonary Dr. said he is grew some Bacteria in his lungs, but he is going to start an antibiotic on it today, and the Ent dr said his left lung has more malacia then the other parts of his air way but it will be gone soon. He also has to remove some scar tissue he had in his thoat. But so far so good Right now he has something coming out of his nose that goes in to his tummy, its called a PH it shows how bad his reflux is, he will get it taken out tomorrow. The ENT also up sized his trach to a 3.5 but i am so happy with my son having a trach its the best thing ever. At the begining i cried but now its all great. well got to go with alex we are here in Nashville, Tn at Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital Its a Great place to be in!!!!!!
