Great news Scott has to have his soft palate repaird on wednesday we have to take him in on tuesday, im not really sure what to expect or how long it will take to heal does anyone have any experience with this xx

We were at an appointment last week and scotts consultant is really pleased with his progress ..  Hes now on the list for surgery to get his palate reapaired and they are very optimistic that he may be decanulated shortly after :) .. Ill keep u posted !

Just another update!  Scott has been coming on leaps and bounds.. We have been teaching him baby sing language .. and just today he began to sign for milk !!!  Cant belive how he has progressed in the last few months Can roll over, Sit unsupported, and clap his hands.. To think he onced was soo small in hospital struggling to breath..

Been such a rollacoasterrrrr.  Just before christmas scotty got his scope things are looking good he has a slightly floppy windpipe but nothing to worry about which is great x  Just after christmas hes got bronculities AGAINNNN but was also RSV positive he was in hospital for 8 days was having help feeding and breathing almost got put on a ventilator but my little fight

Scotty went for a check up on friday was due to have a scope 3 weeks ago but had a few viral infections and also got bronculities, at his check up it was discovered that he may have developed a floppy wind pipe, he is due to go for a scope next wednesday to see hopefuly everythings well!  Has any one else experienced this?
