lookin for a special wheelchair or stroller

My daughter is almost 3years old and Im trying to find someone to help make her a special wheel chair or stroller,She is trach and vent dependant,with feeding tube and oxygen so it would have to hold everything ..right now im using a double stroller and shes out growing it...any suggestions..thanks jazzys mom
